Project Scope:

This kitchen renovation on Vancouver Island was part of a major home remodel. Due to structural limitations, the interior partition could not be moved. 

The clients needed a new chef's kitchen that coordinated with the home's existing mid-century features, including the wood-sloped ceiling. Their goal for the kitchen was to create a more collaborative design, with more counter space and storage solutions. The reformatted plan improved circulation and flow between the kitchen and the adjacent dining room. Expanding the window over the sink added extra light, making the whole space brighter and creating a focal point on that wall.

The sage-green cabinetry, vertically stacked handmade backsplash tiles, statement lighting, and stylish appliances make this kitchen stand out.
