Project Scope:

This beach adjacent property was dated and needed a facelift. The clients’ request was for a Scandinavian coastal vibe, and to make the space feel more open and inviting.

While the footprint remained the same, new flooring and paint, as well as new kitchen finishes, were the key to bringing life back into this apartment. Switching out the flooring for this luxury vinyl oak plank and lighter paint colour on all the walls helped to brighten the space.

Lighter shades were chosen for this kitchen to not close in the small space, and the quartz countertops continued out to the dining area to help with seamless transitions between spaces.

The project also included furnishing and lighting specifications for the living/dining area, and entryway.
