We'll conduct a thorough walkthrough of your property, offering expert advice on decluttering, furniture arrangement, organization, cleaning, and necessary repairs. Following our visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing all of our recommendations to ensure your home looks its best.
Add-Ons: Guidance on selecting paint colours, displaying artwork, sourcing new light fixtures, and arranging accessories. This service pairs well with our Photo-Ready Service, ensuring your property is perfectly staged for stunning listing photos.
Photo-Ready Service
Investment: $349 + GST
Duration: Homeowner walkthrough, plus 2-3 hours for pre-photography staging.
This tailored package is perfect for realtors who need to capture the ideal listing photos or when time constraints don’t allow for a full consultation. We begin with a walkthrough with the homeowner, during which we create a detailed plan for photoshoot day. On photography day, we handle the staging using only the items already in the home. Our meticulous approach ensures that everything—from fluffing pillows to minimizing clutter—is expertly managed, leaving the space polished and photo-ready.
